Before And After1. What does mandala mean, in your own words?
2. To make this mandala i opened up the template we had made, then opened my photo. The i when to the template and got the magic wand and choose a triangle from the template then i dragged the triangle over to my photo and set it where i thought it would make an interesting pattern. the dragged the triangle part of picture to the the template and duplicated it and transformed it to fit the other triangles making the mandala. MAKE SURE THEIR IS NO LINES SHOWING!!! 3. I like that the mandalas are easier and better looking that the tessellation. My favorite photo was the painting silhouette we have her on campus because it has different ones holding hands and painting which can have many symbolic themes, etc. 4. I struggled with some lines showing through the mandala finished project. 5. I would not do anything different because i think they came out perfect! Before and After1. Tessellation means duplicating and rotating an image multiple times depending what size of tessellation you are doing and making it all look appealing to the eye
2. In photoshop I picked my image and also opened my 8 in template and cropped the image to fit into my template, then i duplicated the image how ever many times i need it the rotated to fit the pattern. 3. I liked the tessellation project because it less harder than the mandala and its just a starter to learn how to start a mandala? My favorite image is the purple small flowers because i really like how the colors came out so smooth in the picture, really warm colors to the eye. 4. In this project I struggled on what image to use because i really wanted the outcome to look perfect/Good. 5. If I had to do this project differently I would use better photos. actually take my time and think which photo would make the outcome the best Doing portrait photography at the duck pond , I learned that you have to position your model in a good perfect position or not your photo can change a lot. I used experience from being the model(School pictures, Family photos, etc.) and doing some family portraits outside of school myself. I used the gold reflector to brighten/crisp up the model more. And used the white side to fill in the shadows on her face a little, yes, the reflector was useful it made the model pop more/ brighten her up, it made her look more golden/crisp. Something specifically I retouched on the photos where the small scars, freckles, small acne on the models face, the tools i used made her skin smooth.
5. Research- what are some positions that use portrait photography? Who hires them? What is the salary range? What is the average charge for taking someone's portrait photographs? 1. I brought chicken tacos with cilantro for my food photography. I used a cutting board and a Mexican blanket i just got from my trip to Tucson Arizona.
2. What are five things you learned from the food photography video and presentation about food photography that you didn't know before? Be specific. 3. what i did to make my photograph look similar to the the professional ones, I used different positioning of the food and used reflectors in different positions, to try to get that GREAT photo. 4. What are three things you learned from doing the food photography project that you may not have known before or done before from taking the photographs? Be specific. 5. Some careers or businesses that use food photography are restaurants 6. What do you think you were successful in doing with the food photography? Is this something you would do again? Why or why not? |
